How do I book a session or package?
First off, I’m so excited you’re ready to take this health and well-being journey and I can’t wait to learn more about how I can help. To get in touch, simply head on over to the contact page to reach out and I’d be happy to review my availability and the next steps to get started!
What happens after booking?
If you booked a Package, we will schedule an on-line Wellness Assessment and an Initial Well-Being Vision and Big Picture Session. This session lays the foundation for the rest of the sessions in your package. If you booked a Single Consultation, we will schedule that. Learn more about services here, or feel free to contact me.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, a $150 deposit is required to book any Monthly Package. Monthly payment in advance for anticipated number of sessions in that month @ $85 per session. If plans change and you miss a session, I will refund the missed session payment or apply it forward to a future session, whichever you prefer.
How do I pay you?

How do I communicate with you between sessions?
I totally welcome communicating between sessions! As an existing client, you can communicate with me via e-mail (non-medical information only), phone, or through your client portal where we can exchange secure, HIPPA compliant messages. Your client portal is a personal, HIPPA-compliant on-line account where information related to your sessions is located in one easy-to-access place. I respect your privacy and this is one way to support it.
Existing clients can access their client portal via the “Existing Clients” button on this website’s Home Page or via a link I will provide once you become an existing client.
Where do you work with clients?
I work with clients virtually via Zoom or phone and also meet in-person at a client location within a reasonable distance from Northampton, MA.
